Well, I'm back to blogging my travels. This is turning out to be a prolilfic year in that regard! I'm lucky enough to be embarking on a two-week trip through California and Oregon in a small RV with my mother- and father-in-law, Cathy and Steve, my wife Laurie, and our dogs Blake (theirs) and Argos (ours). It is wonderful to be traveling with family and to have the dogs along too. Here is a quick itinerary of our trip.
Friday, July 10: Depart Fontana, CA for Kernville, CA. We will spend 3 days in Kernville, where we will attend a family reunion for the Lawrence side of my wife's family.
Sunday, July 12: We will drive to Danville, CA and stay a night with Laurie's Aunt Betsy and Uncle Mike.
Monday, July 13: Orland, CA - We will visit my Aunt Barbara in Oakland and explore wine country some if we have time.
Tuesday, July 14: Crater Lake, OR
Wednesday, July 15: Eugene, OR
Thursday, July 16: Portland, OR - We will stay two days in Portland.
Saturday, July 18: Astoria, OR
Sunday, July 19: Newport, OR
Monday, July 20: Brookings, OR
Tuesday, July 21: Orick, CA
Wednesday, July 22: ?
Thursday, July 23: Big Basin, CA
Friday, July 24: Return to Fontana, CA
